Pemanfaatan Internet dalam Pemerintahan
Ditemukannya sejuhlam identitas ganda yang dimiliki sejumlah teroris dan
anggota masyarakat yang sempat diperiksa kepolisian, pemalsuan paspor
oleh para penjahat kerah putih, serta kasus surat “peringatan” dari
Direktorat Pajak belum lama ini yang ternyata banyak salah sasaran
memiliki benang merah yang sama. Hal-hal tersebut menghangatkan kembali
diskursus tentang buruknya tata kependudukan di Indonesia.
Berbagai anomali administrasi itu mengindikasikan tidak adanya kesungguhan dalam merapikan data kependudukan yang sesungguhnya sangat penting. Data yang ada ternyata tidak akurat, tidak relevan, dan tidak diintegrasikan oleh instansi-instansi terkait. Akibatnya, pada level pemerintahan, nyaris tidak ada manfaat sama sekali yang bisa diperoleh dari data kependudukan tersebut. Pada saat yang sama masyarakat sudah kadung memandang sinis bahwa surat-surat kependudukan bahkan yang paling mendasar sekalipun (Kartu Keluarga, Kartu Tanda Penduduk, dan Surat Izin Mengemudi) dianggap sebagai sesuatu yang kegunanaannya tidak lebih dari “sekedar jaga-jaga saat ada insfeksi”.
Problem-problem diatas, dapat teratasi lewat pembangunan tata pemerintahan, termasuk kependudukan, berbasis elektronik (electronic based government, e-government).

- Born May 13, 1986, in London, England, Robert Pattinson began acting in school but first became widely known for his role as Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Soon after, his turn as the vampire Edward Cullen in the movie Twilight catapulted him to heart-throb status. Also a musician, he contributed songs to the Twilight soundtrack as well as that of his 2008 film, How to Be.
Robert Thomas Pattinson on May 13, 1986, in London, England. Pattinson is the youngest of three children and the only son born to Robert and Clare Pattinson. During his childhood his father ran a car importing business and his mother worked for a modeling agency.
Despite his sometimes shy personality, Pattinson wanted to be a performer from an early age; first as a musician like his older sister Lizzy Pattinson. It was his father who strongly encouraged him to try out acting. During one memorable night out for dinner with his dad, the two found themselves sitting next to a group of young girls who told Pattinson they'd just returned from the Barnes Theater Club, a renowned theater program at the Harrodian School, a private school in Barnes, England, just outside of London.
"Since then he had nagged me about attending," says Pattinson. "At one point he said he would pay me." Pattinson didn't bite on the payment offer, but did end up attending Harrodian as a teenager and joined its theater program. There, he took on starring roles in plays such as Out Town, Tess of the d'Urbervilles, and Anything Goes.
His performances drew notice and in 2003, at the age of 17, he jumped from the stage to the screen, nabbing a role in the TV movie,Ring of the Nibelungs. The work required him to move to South Africa for several months, where the movie was being filmed. An unaccredited role in the movie Vanity Fair (2004) followed.
Around the same time he was finishing up work on those two projects, Pattinson met with Mike Newell, the eventual director of 2005's, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. The meeting and subsequent audition earned Pattinson the role of Cedric Diggory, Harry Potter's friend and a fellow wizard.
The movie and the role propelled Pattinson's life and career forward in unimaginable ways. Teen People magazine called him "the nextJude Law" while Screen International magazine labeled him a "British Star of Tomorrow." It was heady stuff and, as Pattinson freely admits, it did indeed go to his head a bit.
A big Marlon Brando and Jack Nicholson fan, Robert Pattinson's post-Potter plan was to take on smaller roles in plays or films that could let him explore unique characters. But things did not follow course. He did go on to play a shell-shocked World War II veteran in the BBC thriller, The Haunted Airman (2005); a student with a teacher crush in The Bad Mother's Handbook (2006); and make a small cameo as Diggory in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (2007).

Biography of "Jane Volturi"

About Them: Jane is a vampire in coven known as the Volturi who reside in Volterra, Italy. They are regarded as "royalty" by other vampires because they have lived for well over three thousand years and act as police, enforcing the rule that the existence of vampires be kept a secret from humans. They often send others to travel from Volterra to prevent overzealous covens and renegade vampires from exposing their species. They are guarded by several powerful vampires who have been collected for their powers and skills. Jane is among the Volturi guards due to her ability to create illusions of pain. Jane was there in New Moon when Edward tries to dig him, Alice, and Bella out of the situation he has created. Jane is the one who tortures Edward until he falls and cries out in pain. Jane leads the rest of the Volturi guards in Eclipse to see what the disturbance is in Washington. However, she arrives only after the Cullen family along with the werewolves finish off the hoard of young vampires created by Victoria. Distrusting the Cullen family, Jane is snide and chooses to harass them anyways. Jane is last seen in Breaking Dawn when she comes with the whole of the Volturi to finish off the Cullen coven. However, since her abilities are only mental, Jane is unable to attack the Cullens, werewolves, and everybody else there to protect the Cullen family as Bella shields them all from her attacks. Angry that her abilities she has always been proud of failed her against Bella's shield, Jane is reluctant to walk away from the fight and remains bitter.
Their Early History: The Volturi early on had spot the young human twins Jane and Alec and saw them as potential people to change. However, frightened humans threatened to burn the twins at the stake so Aro was forced to change them sooner then he wished to as he wanted them to be older.
Biography of Carlisle Cullen :

About Them: Carlisle Cullen, born Stregoni Benefici, is Esme's husband and the adoptive father of Edward, Rosalie, Emmett, Alice, and Jasper. Carlisle whose physical age is twenty-three and he is described as looking like a model. He has blond hair, stands at 6’2” and is slender but muscular. Carlisle theorizes that when a human is turned into a vampire, they will have an enhanced ability from their previous life. So according to his theory Carlisle believes he brought compassion from his human life. Carlisle has had centuries to perfect his medicinal talents, therefore making him an excellent doctor. Unlike most vampires, he is not at all tempted by the scent of human blood, due to the over 300 years he has spent holding back his temptations. While Carlisle has no special ability, he is able to have serious self-control and can hardly smell the scent of human blood while he is working. Throughout the Twilight saga, Carlisle works as a doctor, acting as the coven leader and offering medical advice and help whenever Bella is in need.
Their Early History: Carlisle Cullen was born in 1640’s and was the son of an Anglican pastor in London, England during a time of religious upheaval. His father and other pastors would hunt down creatures such as witches, werewolves, and vampires, and often mistook humans for them. As his father aged, Carlisle was put in charge. One night, he was attacked by a vampire and left to die on the streets. Knowing he would not be accepted by society, he hid himself and silently went through the painful transformation, emerging as a vampire. Horrified, he tried various methods of killing himself, but nothing worked. One night, he could endure hunger no longer and fed on a group of passing deer. Subsequently realizing that he did not have to live off humans, he set out to perfect his resistance to blood lust and become a doctor. For a short time, Carlisle lived with the Volturi, though he eventually left and traveled to the New World.
While treating patients with the Spanish Influenza, he met a woman who begged him to do whatever he could to save her son, Edward. Out of loneliness, Carlisle transformed him into a vampire and Edward became his companion. In 1921, Carlisle moved to Wisconsin where he treated Esme after a failed suicide attempt brought on by the loss of her infant son. Carlisle felt compelled to save her life and subsequently fell in love with her. Carlisle then transformed Rosalie Hale, a young woman who was almost killed by her drunken fiancé and his friends in Rochester, New York, and left in the street to die. While hunting, Rosalie later found a young man named Emmett who had been mauled by a bear, and carried him over 100 miles to Carlisle. Carlisle then changed Emmett, since Rosalie was unwilling to do it herself for fear of blood lust overwhelming her. After Carlisle changed Emmett, Carlisle and his family moved to Hoquiam, Washington, where they made a treaty with the Quileute Native American tribe. The treaty stated that the Quileutes would leave the Cullens alone if the Cullen family did not bite any humans or trespass on their land. The Cullens agreed to this treaty, and lived in relative peace until they had to move on. Stephenie started from the scene in her dream, wrote out the end of the story from there, then went back and wrote the beginning until everything flowed together. Meanwhile, Meyer started searching for names for the characters and settings of her story. She found the name "Cullen" off of 17th Century tombstones in England, named Edward after romantic characters from Charlotte Bronte and Jane Austen novels, came up with names for the other characters, and then she struggled to find a perfect fit for her leading lady. She tried on various names but nothing seemed to fit this girl's personality, so she gave her the name that she had been saving for the daughter she never had, Isabella. For some of the other characters she found inspiration closer to home with each of her sibling's names, Emily, Heidi, Paul, Seth, and Jacob, finding their way into the writing.
Stephenie needed a location that was known for being frequently rainy and she found it in the Olympic Peninsula. She Googled maps of the area and then focused on finding a rural, dense area when she stumbled across the tiny town of Forks, Washington. The images she saw from the Forks area only made her more giddy on how lucky of a finding she'd come across. In this same search, Meyer stumbled upon La Push and the Quileute tribe. Finding the tribe fascinating, she felt like she had to find a way to intertwine a few fictitious characters from this tribe into her story as well.ƪ(˘⌣˘)ʃ
